Orange County Design is a one-shop web and software studio run out of Tustin, California, by Oscar Gonzalez. Fifteen-plus years across in-house operations, ad-agency creative, and independent builds — three hundred-plus domains through the workflow — landed on a simple pattern: read the brief, scope honestly, ship in a month.
