The contact form at /contact collects contact, business, and project details to follow up on your inquiry.
If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, the site also collects usage data: pages viewed, coarse location, and referral source.
Server logs are retained for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Data retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law.
International transfers
Some processing takes place in the United States. Any transfers of personal data out of the EU or UK rest on Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data Orange County Design holds about you, email hello@orangecounty.design. Requests are answered within the timeframes required by applicable law (currently up to 45 days for California residents, extendable once by another 45 days with notice, and 30 days for GDPR requests). Orange County Design may verify identity before acting on a request.
If you're in California, CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information Orange County Design has collected about you, delete it, correct it, opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. If you're in the EU or UK, GDPR provides equivalent rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Orange County Design does not sell personal information. Advertising measurement may constitute "sharing" under CPRA. To opt out, reject marketing cookies in the .
