Add an ongoing Website Care Plan when the website project is purchased or approved, and receive two additional months at no charge.
The website receives four months of post-launch care in total. Regular monthly plan billing begins after the complimentary period.

Website Care Plans are primarily designed for WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, straightforward static websites, and other conventional website-first platforms approved during review.
Can my plan change later?
Plan eligibility may be reassessed if the website's traffic, functionality, integrations, transactions, security requirements, or support needs materially change. Any proposed plan or pricing change will be discussed before it takes effect.
Can a WordPress website require custom pricing?
Yes. WordPress can support anything from a simple informational website to a high-volume ecommerce, membership, publishing, or application environment. The required plan depends on the operating profile, not the platform alone.
Do you support HubSpot, SimplePractice, or GoHighLevel websites?
Websites hosted inside CRM, practice-management, marketing-automation, or business-software platforms are separately scoped. Support may be available through Custom Care, Platform Support, Application Support, or another defined agreement.
Can I sign up immediately?
Start by requesting a plan review. Orange County Design inspects the website and confirms the appropriate plan, rate, and any required onboarding work before activating the subscription.
What if my website needs repairs before maintenance can begin?
Any required cleanup, security work, software updates, hosting changes, or technical remediation will be identified during review and quoted separately before coverage begins.

Care plans cover the public website and the services listed in the confirmed scope. CRM administration, marketing campaigns, business workflows, customer data, billing systems, and other connected software require separate written coverage.
